Slow Drip From Kitchen Faucet

I have a slow drip from my kitchen faucet that seems to be getting worse with time....can someone tell me how to fix this?

You will need to turn off the hot and cold stops under the sink and take it apart. Hard to say much more without more info. Brand? Model? photo?
