I don't know if this question makes sense but I have to ask it.
Can I put a second trap directly under my tub drain which would be approx 10" to 14" from existing trap? The existing overflow drain would be cut and capped.
Previously i have published pictures of my existing installation, which may help in answering my question if adding is ok.
Thanks...

no.
no to 2 traps in a row. No to 2 traps in series.
Only one trap. Cut the old one out.

Problem is that trap or line is under a wall table that is framed in.
I will do the Right thing but wanted to see if any other methods available.
See my Photos in previous messages. Thanks for replys.

One trap = good drainage.
Two traps = NO drainage.
Do whatever it takes to move the trap to the proper location.
Thanks, that is what I needed..
A great one liner. I will do it right.
