Capacity of 1/.2 Flex

Hello,

I left my NEC at work and I can not this on the web.

How many 12 Ga THHN wires can I run in 1/2 inch Flexible conduit. I'm fairly certain I can get away with puilling 7 conductors (including a ground), but I am not 100% certain.
