These guys flew up from Californial for the shoot.
The scene was of the unhappy couple.

It's Sunday, and for the next few days, Jamie will be shooting a video for a movie.
I will be shooting a behind the scenes of how it's being done.

"Making the video" Columbia City Theater Video Shoot with Hilary Mesnick.
Footage taken of the crowd shots. It was a fun day, more going on then just the video. It was more like a party. This YouTube video runs about 10 minutes and includes many closeups of the people in the video. If you are on this page to see Hilary, this is a good youtube video to watch. You see a bit of her personality here. It does look a lot better on DVD though, if you would like a copy, just email me.

Bellevue Square
Afterwards, we went to Bellevue Square before the mall opened.
They set up extra lighting and shot the band and Heidi going up and down. I know, pretty exciting.
There were on separate directions on the escalators.


Alki Beach
Then we went out to Alki Beach on Harbor Avenue, with Seattle in the background.
They had a little boom box, wish we had CD's with us, we could have sold a bunch.
There was one car accident from the looky Lou's.



Hillary Mesnick on the Washington State Ferry

The day ended on the Seattle to Bremerton run, where we had the front of the ferry reserved for some shots.
In the story line of the video, Heidi plays the ex girl friend of the singer, that would be Jamie.

Monday will be at Gasworks Park, with a rented Helicopter
Wednesday will be at Columbia City Theater, if you want to be part of the video that day, call and let me know.

Lui playing drums on the hill at Gasworks Park.
I got there too late for the helicopter shot.
There was a mistake on that, so it will be reshot I guess.
The next big shoot with be Wednesday at the Columbia City.

This is shot I missed yesterday. I should have turned off the phone and headed down to Seattle. Jamie and his band were on the hill, and that thing you see in the picture was hauling a video camera around for shots of that.

Wednesday, the big shoot at the theater, still need more extras to be in the movie.
