That's a tough one. If you do decide to lift it up, check shimming and reset, be sure to use new wax.
I replaced my old toilet today with a Toto Drake elongated bowl. The toilet sits at the intersection of 4 large floor tiles. Although the toilet is not sitting level, it's solid and does not move or rock. The right side of the toilet is higher than the left side. The question is, should I leave it alone or start over and shim the base?
What part isn't level? Are you sure you have the tank where all three stops are either touching or just barely touching the bowl? If you put a level on the bowl, does it sit level?
Important note - I'm not a pro

If you don't need a seat belt to stay onboard it will work. If it's more than a bubble out, I would work on it.
