Taylor and Terry at the Fremont Fair standing next to a car. No, it's not mine.
Mine doesn't look this good.
Ha! just kidding.
It did look pretty cool though, they even had a red wagon car there, a Radio flyer.
It was a good Fathers Day weekend.
I started Sunday by going to the Fremont Fair to watch my son's band play. They went on at 11:30AM Sunday morning. My other two kids were there too, and my three grandkids. It was a family thing going on.
Afterwards we walked around all of the tents set up with things to look at and buy, food to eat, all kinds. Like the corn on the cob, and the dipped ice cream bars. There were several band stands set up, with different types of music.
Then after that, I got a call to grab my glove and bat, I was going to play a Jack and Jill game with my two older kids in one of their league games.
It was fun, I did get one good hit, and RBI,
Afterwards, it was time to go to my daughters and have some steak, salad and other good things.
Her in-laws were there, and all of my kids and grandkids.
It was a very nice day.
Taylor on the right
I don't know who that is on the left, but he looks like the car.
Yeah, definitely.

Am I that far out? I have no clue why that car is modified that way. Looking around looks like a junk yard and yet you say it was a fair?
Always good to spend some time with kid.
I heard a story about a contest for the loudest car stereo. The cars have all kinds of electrical gadgets, amps, etc, built in to them. Those cars look like the cars in that story. Or are they tricked out for some other contest?
I say it is a Time machine.![]()
I got you all beat!!
I walked my baby down the aisle that Saturday.

Amy and Kaitlyn
One of the best moments of a fathers life to be sure.
I remember a moment like that too with my daughter.
Congratulations!

What a beautiful bride.
I have 2 that might be taking the walk in the next few years or so.
Nice daughter / bride Pewterpower.
Terry did the car end up in the demo derby?
What is the deal with that car????
Cass: It's the hardest/proudest thing you will ever do. I somehow managed to keep it together all the way until the father/daughter dance. But that's when I kinda lost it.

Cathy at the fair giving this car two thumbs up.
Or is that a sixties peace sign?
Pewterpower, We men do tend to lose it at that time. There is no way to prepare yourself for that moment, the moment you walk your daughter down the isle. I didn't know it would feel that way. Life is funny that way.
Now my daughter has two kids. Just keeps getting better.
There were plenty of cool looking cars at the fair to look at, music being played and things to buy.
