Studor Vent for Bar Sink

I'm putting in a bar sink in a location where I can't run a vent to the roof. Thinking to use an AAV. Any comments on Studor vs Oatey? Any others out there more reputable?

Also, is it ok to seal the vent behind a wall or do I have to provide access via a panel?

Thought about that, but the drain has to penetrate the floor directly beneath the vent. I was planning to leave the gap around the drain uncaulked. That should provide enough air, no?

I believe the reason for not sealing an AAV into a wall is to be able to replace it if/when it fails.

aav vents

The aav vent should have some way
to get access to it....

its sometimes easire to just install the
drain inside the bar sink cabinet and put the aav
up as high as possible inside that cabinet...

its supposed to be installed above the flood rim
of the sink but I have seen hundreds under the
sink cabinets.

Thanks, all. The sink backs to the basement stairwell, so an access door is feasible. I'll just do it the right way.
