Until you know what is leaking there is no way to determine the extent of the repair. It could need a $1.00 overflow washer, or an entire shower/tub enclosure.

I am a tenant currently living in an historic building (over 100 yrs old).
I live on the second floor. There are retail stores below me.
My bathtub was leaking down into the store below causing their ceiling to leak whenever I took a bath.
Now it is leaking when I take showers too.
Will this be an expensive repair?
Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated!

Shouldn't that be the problem of the landlord?
