Does this thing actually work

No, not for me it doesnt!
The system did not work, the warrantee they did not honor. They did not provide me with service. The gave me a warrantee with a no hassel money back guarantee..YEAH RIGHT!!! They got my money $4985 and they Unit!! and I have nothing!! Is this the kind of company and people you want to deal with??

I'd be worried about any company with a US adress advertising that they are members of CWQA (canadian water quality asssoc). Pretty sure they dont take us members....
