Kit drain stub out

I was wondering if there is a standard hieght for a kit drain stub out, and a bathroom vanity stub out?

There is no "standard"' and every plumber installs it where he thinks it will work best, as long as it is low enough to permit a proper fall once all the hardware is installed in the sink. Kitchens might be at 17" above the floor and lavatories 19".
