I need to join 4" PVC Tee vertically to Cast Iron pipe. Is Plastic Lead better than Plumbers Epoxy? or is there some thing better?

A no-hub connector...slip the stuff in and tighten up the clamps. Or, if you have a hub in the CI, a Fernco doughnut - slide in a stub of pvc into the doughnut with the Y, then push the whole thing into the hub.
