vent bathroom stool

I am installing a bathroom stool. How do I properly vent it and where do I drilla hole in the drain pipe to get best flushing results.

Most of the time, venting a toilet means at least a 2" vent.
If it's on the horizontal, you use a 3x2 wye fitting and a 45

If it's on the verical, then you can use a sanitary tee fitting.
The ones in the picture above, are on the verical.

The vent needs to be within 6 feet of the closet flange.

I am confused as to why you want to drill a hole in the drain pipe...
Draw or photograph your plumbing as it is now and tell us what you want to install where...
We can probably help more with more information......
