Powdercoating hanger brackets sounds a little over the top to me. Painting, perhaps, maybe, but not powdercoating.

Is the drain on your Sterling enclosure really going to line up with your old drain? That sounds too lucky to me. If not, you are going to have to bust up the concrete and at that point you will be...

I agree with Cacher but would also paint the PVC to protect it from sunlight, which can make the PVC brittle.
It looks like you are using a 2" trap with a union, I wouldn't do that. That type of trap has a tendency to leak at the union.
I go for about 1/8" between the valve and flange. I prefer threaded stops because, having done mostly repair plumbing, I have noticed there is much less chance of problems when changing threaded...
I like to use brass nipples, but not chrome. I use a length that leaves the stop close to the chrome flange. Like HJ says, unless you crawl under and nose around you never see the brass.
Until a few years ago, where I am in Montana, if you were outside city limits the only permits and inspections were for wells and septic systems. Every thing else you were on your own.
Threaded brass pipe will come apart easily.
I forgot to mention that all those dry fits may well mess you up. The fittings have a tapered socket and when they are slimed up with glue the pipe will push in farther than when things are dry. ...
The tub needs a trap.
Use an 1 1/2" X 1 1/4" reducing washer on the top of the trap.
The shower set-up looks better.
As for the combinations rather than san tees, I base my advice on the Uniform Plumbing Code as it was interpreted and enforced in Southern California where I...
Yes, it is the shower that is flat vented. It would be much better if it was configured more like the lavatory in the bathroom.
You don't need a clean-out on the other toilet, the one at the end...
The san tees on their backs should be combinations. The combination used as a closet bend on the toilet could be a 1/4 bend. The shower drain looks very cheesy, it isn't the correct one for either...
If you insist on reducing the drain line, doing it on the vertical is better than on the horizonal, but not right. The distance from the trap to the vent should not be over 42". Also, there are two...
The pipes need to extend above the cement even if it makes the cement guy's job harder.
It isn't all that unusual for a manufacturer to build up a valve based on parts of another. I suspect you will find even chrome trim tough to come up with and I don't think all the versions use the...
In your bottom picture it looks like you are going from 2" down to 1 1/2", it should be 2" all the way. That means you need to change the tee. The rubber flexible coupling is also incorrect, it...
It is a Bradley Cole, or... Briggs, Sayco, Kohler, Federal, Powers-Gavin, or Vance (& perhaps others). Reuse the outer grey plastic piece.
The stem you have is a Savoy, there are a number of different similar stems. I don't know which yours is and they don't all use the same size special wrench. Mat manufacturing (won't sell to you...
I was thinking brass valve with a plastic stem. I have never seen an all plastic angle stop, but maybe I just haven't lived. A picture would help.
The fittings are installed correctly.
If it unscrews there is no set screw. You would need to get a threaded diverter spout.
Graphite packing would probably work if there is some sort of metal or plastic ring to keep it from getting into the threads on the stem.
