    They are not slip joints but I probably still should not concrete them. All would be glued except for the top of the ptrap to receive the final connection from the tub drain....

    After working with it, I learned I could move the tub a few inches to the side of the riser vent so the lower spout pipe will also be on the side of the vent pipe.

    Concrete around ptrap to complete tub install

    I have dry-fitted connecting my new basement shower/tub 1.5 " PVC drain with a ptrap.

    Were you able to view the image? It has 2 vents joining the main vent.
    They join it about 42". So from your post I assume that I can just move this T below 26"...

    Vent/Waste pipe too close

    I am confused about the shower/tub roughin in my basement.
