wow it is like you spent way to much money on something so simple.
apply pipe dope on both sides of the the rubber and a little on the threads. make sure you are putting the friction ring against the nut. Make sure you have plenty of plumbers putty on the strainer...
Replace with anti-freeze hose bib if at all possible.
I don't trust sharkbite fittings. I haven't heard anything bad about them yet. But then again we don't use them. I guess I am just ''old school''. Good luck to you.
I agree with hj I am under the ipc here in Georgia and it is a joke and this is one of the reasons. You are allowed to run a major by a minor, but I hear stories of that not working properly. Stick...
Leave it up to the pro's you don't want to burn your house down.
i hate it for you. If you could upload a photo we could possibly tell more of what could have happened.
that is rediculous
IPC says the stack has to be 3'' for washing machine. 2'' Standpipe. Not sure what code you are under.
is there any logo on the front of the faucet. Usually it will have a brand name on the front.

if it is a single handle it is probably just anti anti scald valve or anti scald in the handle which can be adjusted. What is the brand and how many handle shower valve is it?
i would definitely have to find some short of shorter tank. I always try to put them up on some sort of a stand if ever in a basement or crawlspace for flooding reason. You could go tankless. Other...
where is the noise coming from? is it the meter or the copper pipes in the wall?
it would probably pass where i live if the arm was 2'' pipe. your tee for your vent should be the other way
it could possibly be water hammer. It really is hard to tell with the information given.
i have sen them go out in as little at 2 years. it is rare though.
I have ran into odor problems before. Check all traps and vents make sure they all penetrate through the roof. Camera all line vents and drains to se if you see any broken pipes. If still no luck...
the best way is to get a pvc twist-n-set flange it works great used it many times.
well what that guy said is a lot different than here in Georgia. You can connect to that line in Georgia as long as you have enough dfu's available on that 4'' line. as far as the vent question you...
it would work in georgia
to be honest with you that is a terrible design and it would fail immediately in Georgia.
Use a bigger pipe wrench. It will come out. Try applying heat from the inside with your torch. You can always cut it out and just get another sanitary tee. good luck
