I would do it from the drain where the hose goes into. Odds are it's not the air vent if you already tried snaking it with a hand one.

I had a similar issue when I moved into my house last year. But I had it worse (perhaps). Mine was going from 1.5" pipe down into about about a 1" pipe made for lawn sprinkler systems! Needless to...
Ah, now I see. Besides the fact you'd have to go below the sink (not a good thing) you'd have to rip out the wall all the way around the bathroom and replace it to do it that way. While I'd be as...
Does it have a tee currently where I am showing the red line tapping into it? If so, could you not remove the tee and plus a 4-way ( + ) one? And anyway, your proposed vent had it going over there...
This (I think) would be the correct way of sharing a vent (the red line). So why is it you can't do it that way? It might need to be higher than I placed it but that's the general idea.
The water IS under pressure as I pointed out in my original post:
The most it can do is very slowly drain down into the sump where it would get pumped right back out again once the water...
Pretty sure that's not 100% true. My roof would be badly littered with vent pipes for 2 toilets, 2 showers, a bath tub, 3 bathroom sinks, kitchen sink plus washing machine drain. That's 10 vent...
Yeah.. not quite sure what I was thinking.. so nevermind on that. LOL However, what about this:

I'm wondering if it's tied into another drain like the kitchen sink. Does the kitchen sink have the same drain setup or does it have a p-trap? If the house is pier and beam or has a basement, I...
Well, it was a thought as a way to help keep rainwater from pooling around the area. I did put some dirt over the exposed watery areas. At least I have a 6' privacy fence so the neighbor's can't see...
Perhaps you could do this:
[nevermind..]
I was out mowing my back yard for the first time this year and found a few very saturated places that are like small holes filled with water that I think are at the end of my drain field. The diagram...
Thanks. I will let the seller know. We became a bit alarmed by it, fearing it was going to come off under pressure eventually or something. I'm not worried about removal. It should be good for at...
I am in the process of purchasing a home. One repair the seller has done was to put a new valve on the master bathroom sink. She had a push-on valve installed (most likely "Keeney" brand from Lowes)...
Thank you for that bit of advice. It somehow never occurred to me to look for a Coleman Powermate recommended shop. I went back to the Powermate site and found a "Service Centers" locater. Turns out...
Wow, you FINALLY answered my question of WHERE the bonding should occur!! AFTER I take my generator apart. I asked you TWICE *where* it would be and you would not answer my question.
And I already...
What the? Now you are going against how generators are made at the factory as far as bonding??
I managed to get the panel removed from the generator without removing the engine. It'll be tricky to get it back on but I'll worry about that when the time comes.
Here is a high res photo of it...
Out of curiosity, how big and expensive is that generator that photo is of? Several photos I found of cheaper (but name brand) generators probably in the range of Coleman showing the inside of the...
If I can gain access to the panel or whereever the terminal bar is located I can do it no problem I'm sure. The only thing I'm still slightly foggy on is if I bond the neutral to ground THEN to the...
Okay, so if a grounding rod (electrode) is completely optional on a portable generator I won't have to deal with it. Great. And the only time it might be a problem in a camping situation is lightning...
I'm sure you'll say no to this as well, but what about making a twistlock dummy plug that links neutral to ground at the generator's outlet? Preferabley I would use the the 240V outlet since I will...
That is kind of my point. They made this portable generator with breakers that are meant to actually work without neutral being bonded somehow. Strange, huh? Unless the act of grounding the generator...
You know, a very good question comes into play. The generator has circuit breakers on it and the generator is made with floating neutral. The breakers somehow work without bonding (perhaps through...
Problem is there is no one who will even do it! I've called every possible place. I've called electricians, small engine repair shops, RV places. No one will do it. What more can I possibly do if no...
