Hi...I'm stuck! I decided to put in a new shower valve, and my buddy gave me a deal on a Grohesafe EF valve (35.253.00) with 'universal connection' for the hot/cold inlets....

you may want to check out the Arrow fastening company...they make a brad nailer for brads up to 1.25" long, electric....not sure what gauge though.
I've seen these at the big box stores, as well...
Here in Detroit, there's a Habitat for Humanity Re-store...its a place that sells used/new/salvaged home materials that were pulled from home renovations or donated and can't use in their Habitat...

so given that, I'll need to do a 22.5 or 45 horizontal bend in the 2" drain, run it next to the 3", past the vent T, and then could I tie the 2" into the 3" using a 3x3x2 wye horizontally?...
I'm adding a new bathroom in our 1.5 story bungalow and have a situaion where I'd like to use a 3x3x2 90degree 3" elbow as the toilet drain. The 2" in portion will attach to the shower drain. see...
