I meant a cable operated chandelier lift that is mounted in the attic and lowers the chandelier for cleaning and maintenance.

Can any of you recommend a good chandelier lift.
If you have a horror story about one, let me know as well.
Here's the quick set up.
Have a boiler in a garage that is about 130' away from the main boiler in the house. (tenants rent house).
The house boiler is oil and tenants routinely run out of oil....
Isnt an AAV not allowed on a washing machine standpipe.
Couldnt he use the AAV to vent a utility sink which could catch the washing machine.
Why not plumb a laundry sink and dump the washing machine into it.
I dont know why they cant the system to work.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought you were not allowed to make new knockouts on service entrance equipment. You had to use what was factory made.

check with the poco to see if they allow splices in a meter pan or check with the eleectrician thats going to be doing the work.

For all the work of installing j-boxes wouldnt it be easier to run new like Speedy Petey suggested.
