Water is very hard in my city but not a lot of metals/minerals. I don't have real numbers but that is what I have been told by a city worker.

Pulled the Venturi apart and everything looks fine. Anything else that could cause the salt tank to fill with water?

Hi guys, tub faucet/diverter is original 30 years old Mixit set screw version. I removed the set screw but the faucet is stuck on there pretty good.. I don't want to prying on it for fear of breaking...

So, it sounds like the faucet needs to be replaced then .... Water is definitely dripping out of the big hose and crimping it off will just drive the water out of the air gap..

The installer said he 'by passed' the faucet.... I'm going to call the company owner tomorrow and ask him to come take a look at the install... there is water dripping out of the larger of the 2...
