Thanks guys. Yes I aligned the ball properly. In 18 years I have never seen or heard of this. I will see if i can get some pictures. Maybe we can get thsi fixed.

Old Style Delta tub and shower valve?
Old style delta shower valve (single ball type) . I get hot and cold water , but no warm water at all.
I put in all new Delta parts still no water at all in the middle on position. Any insight...
