Resurrect old deep well with hand pump?

Hi,

I have a second 4" well on my property in Fl. that has been unused for years and I would like to bring it back into use with a hand pump on it and maybe do it myself. Maybe I've lost my mind. I'm told that I'm in a 45 foot water table and I have no further info on this well. My initial thoughts are that I could remove the pump and maybe use the existing pipes. Thoughts, suggestion or point me to an info page.

The only existing pipe you can use is the casing. A hand pump will not work with a jet injector.
