aluminum pipe for water?
can i use threaded aluminum pipe for say a 12 inch piece of pipe to the shower head?
the standard 8 in 45 degree they give u is shooting the water out of the tub so i wanted to make a sharper bend on a longer nipple to adjust it,
they had something at the plumbing supply that would work but it was 50 bucks!
i am open to other ideas!

It might not be the best idea you ever had. Aluminum can deteriorate and it is softer than brass so it can bend or break easier.

Any problem in plumbing can be solved by applying the appropriate amount of cubic dollars.
Even if you find aluminum pipe with the correct threads, I don't think it is all that easy to bend! And the soft threads will probably leak!

hehe i am electrician and we thread and bend thick walled aluminum pipe so i figured what the hey!
anyway i found a satin nickel one for like 40 bucks shipped thanx for input
