Brand New Boiler Circ. Pump w High Pitch Sound

What does this mean that I am hearing a very high pitch sound from a brand new circ pump? It is a Bell and Gosset 3 stage pump and it does whir on all 3 stages.

Did you run it dry at all? The bearings don't like to run dry...

It was not run dry and has actually stopped. It lasted for about 4-5 hours after it's initial start-up. Bell and Gosset NFR-25 (or is it NRF, but you get the idea)
