Sounders FC, Soccer in Seattle

I went to a game Sunday with Jeff Kathan and Sea Pimp to see Colorado and the Sounders play.
That's me on the left. The one in the lime green is my little brother Shannon. He sold me my last two cars. He's working at Toyota of Lake City now. Jeff in the middle, is a drummer for several bands, he will be having a concert at the Tulalip Amphitheatre on the 24th of July with Spike & The Impalers.

Colorado was awarded a penalty kick, the argument too place right in front of us. Our goalie Kasey Keller stopped the kick one on one. Pretty cool.

It was getting pretty heated, but Seattle prevailed in a 3-0 shutout.

Looks like fun and a nice day to relax. Your brother must be funny Terry, I can't believe how big your youngest is getting, they really do grow up fast don't they? Now, when is skiing back in season for you?

If I go to Canada, it's still on.

I'm waiting till next December though.
Shannon and my cousin go in August to Mt Hood.
They hike up and ski down.
I could be doing that at Rainier too.

This is one thing I have never done, ski. I remember for my high school graduation our senior trip was to a lodge where we could go skiing, but the weather got so warm, and they couldn't make snow. So, we ended up tobogganing in the mud when it rained. It was crazy but alot of fun.

Are you going to take Taylor too when you go to Canada? Did he ever see, Hard Rock Cafe there, yet? My sons went when in the 6th grade to the falls and rode the Maiden of the Mist and went to the Hard Rock Cafe. Boy, they loved it.

I wasn't dressed like my brother Shannon and my mother.
It was funny watching people come up to them and having thier pictures taken with them.
Got to have the picture with the man in the green pinstripes.

Someone on the field told Shannon that his picture was in USAtoday for the game with Colorado.
I missed that days paper.

Seattle Sounders score three goals over DC United. At least this "Football" team is doing well in Seattle.
The Sounders were playing so well today, and the rain didn't start until the second half. I'm glad of that. I went to the game with Sue, and my brother Shannon. It's my job to take pictures of people with Shannon, though Sue helped out with that too. I hope next weeks other football game against Arizona turns out as well as the soccer game did today.
