adding bar sink

im adding a bar sink in my basement and was wondering if this is the best way to hook it up.

The best way would be to tie the sink vent back to the washer vent at 42" above the floor.

The next best would be to use the AAV
The fitting for the vent on the AAV is backwards.

ok right fitting goes this way. vent is unreachable inside a wall and behind mechanical. the propsed green line would be a no no i suppose eh? the actual stack is in the wall and would be easier this way.
