City Sewer Access

Hello,

We have to create an access for the city to enter the sewer lines through our house. The current access cap is seized on the pipe, so we have to create a new hole and then place a plastic cover on the newly created hole. Currently we are drilling holes through the steel but the process is timely. I was hoping to find other suggestions.

Call a "good' plumber and he will have that piece out and a new one installed in about a half hour.
