Soil stack size

Hello, Does anyone know if a 3" stack would meet code in Columbus Ohio? It is a 2 story house. There is a sink, toliet and shower on the second floor, all are about a 5' range of the soil stack. Directly below is the kitchen sink and diswasher.

If it does meet code is there any drawback to going from cast iron to 3"?
