Sputtering water and low water pressure

I have sputtering water and low water pressure. My pressure switch is 20/40. I drained the Flotec 42 gal. tank and filled the tank to 18 psi. It is holding pressure but I am still getting the sputtering water and low pressure in the house. The pump is a 1 hp Utilitech deep well convertible jet pump set for a shallow well replaced 3/4/13. My well is approx. 82 ft deep and approx 75 feet from the house. Any suggestions?

I will guess that you either have a suction leak, or the well production is not very good.
