we replaced pressure switch and gauge as well as the water tank but it wont build up no more than 35psi.is this the pump or foot valve ? we adjusted the pressure switch and now pump kicks on and off but still doesn't reach no higher than 35psi and water almost stops running before pump kicks on.what does this mean?
