The pilots lit.

It ran in the spring. We did a major renovation and now it wont fire.
I blew the zone valve transformer jumping the terminals and I need to replace the thermal shutoff fuse.
I haven't had zoned heating before, so I didn't know what to jump.
I'm going to the orange store to get some parts.

Should I just do the thermocouple? It's like $11.

Can anyone detail the trouble shooting process?

If the pilot stays lit why would you suspect the Thermocouple ?

Hard to tell what you smoked poking around.

Good Luck on your project.
