Hi I am trying to fix the drain clog in one sink. The water used to drain but now it won’t get past the p trap extension. I have included some pics of that the ptrap and extension looks like. Problem might be that it goes back up into the drain? Please let me know I don’t want to reroute the whole drain.

That was never right.

Post a wider picture or two that includes where the drain goes into the wall and the bottom of the sinks. Maybe there is a cure without going into the wall or getting shallower sinks. Maybe not.

That picture adds more info. You would have to get the output of the p-trap at the same level as the pipe at the right edge of the latest photo.

When you get home, take a picture with the camera lens at same height (as exact as practical) as that pipe. That will include the bottom of the sinks.

Can I install the P-trap backwards or had an extension piece to the other side to line it up to the drain

Yes. You will need more than that. I think you will need to have the output pipe lower than the lines into the tee. But swapping the ends U-shaped part is OK. Can you turn the slip tee horizontal? I don't know.

I am not clear what you are picturing with that one.

It may be that you can shorten the tailpieces on the sink bowls. You may be able to use shallower baskets on the bowls to get the tailpieces higher.

Here are more pictures Seems like I need about three or 4 inches to make a lineup correctly

Turning the t horizontal might work didn’t think of that.

I would think about cutting back the pipe from the right, adding a tee on the right basket, and then picking up the sink basket on the left from that.
You need a trap seal in the p-trap to keep sewer gas and smell from coming up in the sinks.
Something like this but without the disposer.
