Vacuum relief valve on hot water storage tank

yes on a slab its not really needed however your code requires it as does the tank manufacture instructions ( I belive most manufactures have it in the instructions)
If they are fed from the domestic water on the bottom or if they are in an attic. Otherwise they aren't needed.

It's fed from the top on the domestic side. The combi is not the feed, that loop could be glycol or anything else.

Nevermind this is not an indirect tank.
