Tub spout drips when other faucets being used

I have a customer with a Price Pfister single handle shower valve. The tub spout starts dripping when other faucets or a different shower is being used. I checked the house pressure at 65 PSI, so I think we’re good there. I also replaced the cartridge yesterday, and now they’re calling back saying it is doing the same thing. Any ideas?
