Shorty hybrid water heater?

Want to install a hybrid water heater. I have about 66" from floor to joists. Yes, many will fit but to work on it the top cover, in all that I have seen, is one piece. So, it must be lifted up, If not the tank must be drained and tilted quite a bit. Is there 1) a hybrid water heater that would fit properly or 2) Is there a tall one with a 2-piece top cover, which can be unbolted without lifting the cover up to get at the unit inside?

Only choice might be a split system where the heat pump sits outside and tank indoors.
