Replace 2 inch x3 and one 2 1/2 to ball valve tips

"MY TORCH" can mean a lot of things. Some will and others will not, but yours probably will NOT get them hot enough all the way around to be able to remove them.

Have you considered just "rebuilding" the valves rather than replacing. It looks like the stem and seat is removable.

I sometimes have used two torches on large stuff. When I was doing a lot of roughs, I had an acetylene with a turbo tip, fairly good sized. I'm not doing commercial now, so my torch got smaller and lighter.

When I was doing it, I had a "wrap around" stag horn tip with 4 burners in it. One head for up to 2" and the other for 4". I still have them. "Rebuild" a Red and White valve? I don't think so.
