We are trying to install a new cartridge in a Grohe Eurocube faucet. The illustrated instructions included with the part show a plug and a set screw to remove the handle. How can we remove that plastic white plug to get at the set screw? I tried using tweezers, but I don't want to wreck the plug so I can replace it after and not have it all scarred up. Help?
Thanks!

You need a "pick" tool. It's like a dental pick, usually sold in a set with curved pick, straight pick, and angled-tip pick.

Thank you! I used one side of some really sharp pointed tweezers and out it came! My previous efforts were with the wrong sort of tweezers. Terry Love Forum does it again! Hooray.
