Redoing the Mud Room with the new Laundry Appliances
Comes with a plastic M/F WYE adapter for single outlet to 2 inlets.....

What are you thoughts on plastic fittings under pressure.
Should I just go and buy a like metal-brass variant or these plastic ones are fine for the usable life of the machine. (figure this thing might last 6-8 years)

I wouldn't use this in a house. A picture might clarify, but if it is what I think it is then I would only use that to split a garden hose outside on the yard.

I believe It is what you think it is - kinda-. It is a GHT splitter but this has no -shut off valves-.
Just 1F - 2M GHT WYE

The included one is of some plastic/composite variant.

I'm just thinking about subbing it with a metal one
