Old TOTO Toilet - need replacement tank lid - little to no identifiers

Broke the lid on an old TOTO Toilet - on the bowl it says 1.6gpf/6.0lpf
No markings inside tank
Underside of lid has is embossed 7B -
I know the color is #12 (sedona beige)
I know it measures 15 5/8 by 6.5

Help identify please?????? So I can find a replacement tank lid
