Not tub / shower, but bathroom sink faucet cartridge identification

Can anyone ID this cartridge. I know we may need to remove for full identification but thought I'd ask based on pictures below.
Hoped so since we need water off in whole house to pull the units.

The little bit that shows in the second picture indicates that it COULD be Crane DialEze, but would have to see whats under the chrome ring.
