Hey guys new here. My shower just recently started running water while it is shut off. I done research and found out it is my cartridge that would be causing this issue so I went to remove it and when looking at it,it looks totally different then all the ones I watched videos of replacing. I can't tell what brand or model it is, there is no logos or anything to identify it with. I don't want to take the bonnet nut/ring off without having a replacement cause I'm having to turn off the main water supply to stop it from running. I am going to add pictures of it to see if anyone can help me identify it and help with replacing the cartridge. Thanks in advance.

I need help to identify this cartridge for a shower. No branding evident at all. Looks like there are rubber o rings seated inside the metal female cavity. Any leads would be much appreciated. This is installed in Toronto, Canada.
