Need help with design on a residential remodel.

I am starting on a major remodel with my wife and we would like to do all of the plumbing work ourself. Is there anyone out there that I could pay or would be willing to help me design a drain waste and vent system for our new to us house as well as a PEX manifold system. This is going to be our forever house and i want it done right just need a little design help.
