I have some small leak off the bottom of the heater. I see deposits at the pump an 3 way valve. Well there's deposits other places too but that's the main areas. Any idea why it leaks a little bit?

I have been keeping about three customer's NR series units going and given their age, twisted their arms to replace when it came to doing further caretaking.
Everything with leaks is observational. Observe the leak to solve the source.
The NR series was exciting when they trained us on the first units in 2012. By now, it has been improved so much that those old units are a bad memory.
Also, the NPE A series are so much quieter, customers rave that they can now sleep in the room opposite of where the unit is mounted.
