New Navien 240S installed. Temperature is set to 115, but I see it spike well above sometimes over 200. Definitely scalding temps at the fixtures. Any ideas how to resolve this? I've asked the installer to take a look, but no reaction yet. Trying to educate myself

Under the Navien warranty, labor is covered for the first year. Any NSS (Navien Service Specialist) listed at the Navien website must call you back within a very short amount of time (as per Navien's strict contract with them) and they must accept Navien's stipulated payment contract for repairs with NSS (assuming proper installation).
Your installer is a bum if they have not responded and come to repair. Even they can be reimbursed by Navien if they show up and follow normal service procedures.
