Kitchen Faucet ID?

Hi gang,

Unmarked faucet. Here's photos of top and underside.

Additionally - The sprayer does not work correctly, i.e., it 'stutters' and has almost no spray pressure, then gets stuck in spray mode...does it need a new Diverter?
