Is there a difference between Rheem RTEX and RETEX?

I'm buying a tankless electric water heater from Rheem. I want an 18 KW model, and I'm seeing two different ones when I go to buy online—RTEX18 and RETEX18. Is there a difference? I wonder if RETEX18 is a slightly older model, since it's cheaper on eBay but not showing up on retail sights.

Or maybe there's no difference at all?

Thanks for your help!

Electric tankless units aren't very popular I think you'd have better luck calling Rheem to find out. Or possibly searching their site.
