Always remove yours pull it apart soak it in vinegar for couple hours or less put it back together with new element. Leave to old one in the vinegar for for more hours clean it. Have a spare.

Once I install this Mixing Valve.

--Is this Mixing Valve by default set to 50% Cold water & 50% Hot water or do I have to do some adjustment according to my requirement like I need 40% Cold water & 60% Hot water releasing from Mixing Valve to maintain all Sink & Bathtub having Hot water.

--I have to adjust to mix 60% Hot water & 40% cold water by removing green cap. So while adjusting water mixing, do I have to Turn Off Cold & Hot water Shut Off Valves OFF or I can leave it ON while adjusting Water Mixing adjustment doing on Mixing valve.

I've never seen nor can imagine why you would want or need a tempering device on a tankless. Tempering valves are used when we need to turn up the temp on a tank water heater and are preventing scalding.
With tankless, we simply set to the desired temp and don't ever have to worry about tempering. In fact under ideal circumstances, one would set tankless to desired max showering temperature and then just turn shower to hot water only and have an endless shower

According to the instructions a thermometer should be in mix water piping. These valves regulate by temperature not by percentage. Guess your looking for more capacity just remember the hotter the water the more minerals will come out of the water and more cleaning might be necessary. Here is a calculator for mixed water just change setting to gpm per minute.

i there, My Tankless Water Heater set temperature is 120*F, so when I adjust Mixing Valve by opening Tap, can I just adjust Mixing Valve until I get hot water in Tap.

Because while adjusting Mixing Valve I rotate Knob ANTI-CLOCK wise all the circles rotates, now only one circle rotation is left towards Hot Knob, then I am getting Hot water in 3rd floor Tap in Town House, so is this ok only one Anti-Clock Rotation is left towards Hot Side Knob, there after it will not rotate the knob at all.

I mean if I rotate one more circle that is last circle, after this it will not Rotate that is last.

So is this normal the way Mixing Valve giving Hot water on last end, or i have to put Half Circles on Hot side & Half circles on Cold side, please make me correct....Thanks

Specially I am using this BOSCH Machine for Heating also. So I use for Hot Water & Heating in Home. Builder install this Mixing Valve on BOSCH Machine all over this neighbor hood, that means all BOSCH machines having this Mixing valve in this area.

Here is the Photo shows on Valve with ARROW DIRECTION clock wise spin is COLD & ANTI-CLOCK wise spin is HOT. And my BOSCH Hot water Tank currently set to 120*F, and I am getting Hot water every where on this setting of this valve.
Only the thing I am worry, tomorrow or one day in future Hot water Tank start giving problem, in this case I must need to increase Temp on Hot Water Tank up to 140*F until get Hot water.

So on this valve setting which I did currently every thing working fine (I spin valve NUT all the way anti-clock wise until last, only one spin i left that is last end, it will not spin any more after that).

If I have problem in future if I increase Temp up to 140*F (is this valve accept this Temp which I increase on Hot water Tank or it will failed on that day this Mixing Valve).

Please make me correct, because I have to spin clock wise now a days only, because one day it will get SCALED/CALCIUM build on it, and on that day it is not possible to change any valve setting at all. So let me know do I have to set the valve now it self on cold side HALF spin & Hot side HALF spin to balance both side.
If I leave in HALF & HALF both side then what cause this problem in future, because currently it is spin all the way towards ANTI-CLOCK wise HOT side.
