I've got a master shower I'm looking to remodel and one of the things my better half wants is a linear drain. She's looking at the tile-in options from Infinity Drain. I'm looking at the details, and it appears I need to pair the channel with a flange-style (?) drain that is rated for hot mop applications (Southern California location). Furthermore, Infinity Drain makes these (https://www.build.com/infinity-drain-cdi-22/s1366844), but reviews are mixed on build.com. Of course, internet ... grain of salt, etc, etc ...

Anyone have experience with this drain or recommendations for alternatives? Thanks!
