I just bought a house of 2037 sqft

It has three floors with the furnace in the attic.
Equipment used:
- Carrier 5tn
- Carrier furnace 72k BTU/HR

They separated the floors by zones. The issue is that the second floor is not able to warm the house. Air is leaving through the conducts at 80F (outside was at 60F), but it only went from 61F to 68F in 11 hours (overnight). It looks like the airflow is not sufficient to heat the floor.

Is it because the system is incorrectly sized (do I need to have more airflow?) or it may be the duct work? Thank you for the feedback.

Need someone to look at your system. There are many variables gas or electric heat. Wrote the system is zoned but is that working properly. Need a company that can look at th complete system.
