I cannot figure out how to remove handle. I do not see any Allen screws.
I do not know model/manufacturer

Thanks. I cannot grab this top cap to unscrew it without leaving the marks.
This cup is very tight screwed (if it is screw-able at all)

This is how remodel projects start. Some people place rubber strips over their pliers to try not not damage the surface. I use old pliers with the teeth all knocked off for this or the teeth just tear through the rubber.

Overnight WD-40 helped.
1. Top silver cup should be unscrewed first (very tight)
2. Then Square gold handle should be unscrewed (very tight)
3. And There is a hole of Allen screw on the cylinder and it was hidden under the removed handle
See picture

Thanks for help.

Reinstall with some plumbers grease on the threads to prevent them from calcifying for the next person who has to do that same job.
