Freestanding Bathtb plumbing apprval

Hi,
I bought a Neptune FLO3266 Freestanding bathtub from Quality Bath. The product is designed and developed in conformance to Massachusetts plumbing standard including the overflow. However the product has not applied for Massachusetts approval and do not have a Massachusetts approval number. Can I install the product in Milford, MA

Technically, no. Only products listed on the approved list available here
